Principal / Sales Representative

Barbara Nolan, Principal, has over 20 years of experience with the contract furniture industry. Recognized as a top sales leader and highly respected business owner, Barbara has won multiple large-scale projects all over the Washington DC Metropolitan are. Barbara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Maryland. Her professional memberships include the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).

Douglas Perry
Sales Representative

Douglas Perry moved from Boston to Philadelphia in 2008 after a healthy career in the New England region for 7 years, working in all aspects of the furniture business from corporate to healthcare and education. Upon moving back to the mid-Atlantic, he had the opportunity to share and promote well-designed products that had a focus on ergonomics and sustainability. In the past 4 years, he has continued success in project managing small to large projects, while educating the customer on the value of hand-crafted furniture, with a commitment to the environment, and providing economic solutions. A top graduate from Drexel University’s Nesbitt College of Design, he joins BNI in the Fall of 2012 with excitement and passion for exceptional products & services, while further involving himself with local organizations including International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

Marie Davis
Sales Representative

Marie Davis joined Barbara Nolan Inc. in 2002. She has since developed and fostered strong partnerships with industry leaders and key end-users, resulting in a successful sales track and proving herself as a strong force in the market. Marie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from East Carolina University. She serves as President and Co-Founder of The Mike Davis Foundation, a non-profit that provides awards and scholarships to special needs high school students. In addition, Marie is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), and a volunteer for the Special Olympics of Northern Virginia.

Mark Adams
Sales Representative

Mark Adams moved to Virginia from New York City in 2004 and joined BNI in 2007. He has extensive experience in Sales and Project Management as well as Sales Training. Armed with a B.A. in Social Psychology, Mark enjoys every opportunity to discuss how choosing the right furniture will have a critical impact on employee engagement and retention. Moreover, he is passionate about consulting with all business sectors on how they can improve their ROI through informed furniture procurement and intelligent design.

Tracey Friedly
Sales Representative

Tracey Friedly graduated from Trenton State College 1991 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design. After graduation she had the opportunity to work in many aspects of the industry, including Residential, Contract and Facilities Management. Before joining BNI in August of 2007 she worked for 10 years at a Philadelphia based Furniture Dealership. There she worked 3 years in the design department and 7 years as an Account Executive. Tracey’s knowledge of design and the industry has proven to be extremely beneficial in her day-to-day interactions with designers and end-users. Tracey is on the board of the Maryland American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) as an affiliate member.
